1.2. Data Encryption

All payment information is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology during transmission.

Sensitive financial data, such as credit card numbers, is stored securely by payment gateway providers and not retained on the Focal Suite platform.
1.3. Fraud Prevention

Transactions are monitored using automated fraud detection systems.

Suspicious activities are flagged for review, and additional verification may be required to process certain transactions.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy2.1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed under the following conditions:

Defective Products: Products received are damaged or defective.

Unfulfilled Orders: Orders not delivered within the specified timeline.

Service Errors: Errors in mockup licensing or service delivery.
2.2. Refund Process

Users must submit a refund request within 14 days of order completion through the platform’s resolution tools.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled by the buyer prior to fulfillment:

Cancellations requested before order production begins will receive a full refund.

Vendors may cancel orders due to unforeseen issues but must provide detailed reasons and notify buyers immediately.

Users involved in excessive chargebacks may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
3. Escrow for Transactions (Optional)3.1. Purpose of Escrow

Escrow services may be utilized to:

Protect buyers by holding funds until the order is completed to satisfaction.

Ensure vendors are paid promptly once order fulfillment is confirmed.
3.2. How Escrow Works

Buyer Payment: Funds are collected and held securely by the escrow system upon order placement.

Order Fulfillment: Vendors fulfill the order and provide proof of completion.

Release of Funds: Funds are released to the Vendor once the buyer confirms order satisfaction or after a pre-determined period if no disputes are raised.
3.3. Escrow Fees

Escrow services may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed at the time of transaction.
4. Dispute Resolution for Payments

Internal Resolution: Payment-related disputes must first be addressed using Focal Suite’s resolution tools.

Escalation: If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the payment gateway provider for mediation.
5. Updates to Payment Policies
Focal Suite reserves the right to update these Payment and Transaction Policies. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
