Marketplace Policies

1. Listing Policies

  • Eligibility:

    • Only Vendors with an active membership plan can list products, mockups, or services on the platform.

    • All listings must comply with the platform’s guidelines and legal standards.

  • Content Requirements:

    • Listings must include clear and accurate descriptions, pricing, and images.

    • Prohibited content includes:

      • Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent items.

      • Content infringing on intellectual property rights.

  • Review Process:

    • Focal Suite reserves the right to review and approve all listings before they are published.

    • Listings found in violation of platform policies will be removed, and the Vendor will be notified.

2. Commission and Loyalty Programs

  • Commission Structure:

    • Commissions are distributed as follows:

      • A percentage of the transaction fee is allocated to the Designer (if a mockup is used) and the Sales Agent (if a referral is made).

      • The remaining amount is retained as the Marketplace Admin Fee.

  • Loyalty Rewards:

    • Vendors, Designers, and Sales Agents earn loyalty points based on their activity level and membership tier.

    • Loyalty points can be redeemed for discounts, additional features, or payouts, depending on the membership plan.

  • Transparency:

    • All commission and loyalty transactions are tracked and displayed in the user’s dashboard for transparency.

3. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Conditions for Suspension:

    • Accounts may be suspended for:

      • Violations of marketplace policies (e.g., fraudulent listings, misuse of mockups).

      • Non-payment of membership fees or outstanding balances.

      • Repeated customer complaints or unresolved disputes.

  • Termination Policy:

    • Accounts may be permanently terminated for:

      • Severe violations, such as illegal activities or repeated intellectual property infringements.

      • Attempting to bypass platform fees by conducting off-platform transactions.

  • Appeal Process:

    • Suspended or terminated users may appeal the decision within 14 days by contacting Focal Suite support with relevant documentation.
