  1. Start by heading to the “Subscription Plan” page and select the relevant “Usage Plan.”
  2. Locate the Visitor Management Add-On and complete the purchase process.

How to Use the Visitor Management Add-On

Once you purchase the Visitor Management Add-On, follow these steps:

  1. Find the Add-On: Locate the add-on in the sidebar.
  2. Visitor Details: Access the first page to see all visitor details and edit them as needed.
  3. Visit Purposes: On the second page, add and manage the purposes of visitors’ visits.
  4. Visitor Log: Use the third page to create new visitor logs by clicking the “+” button. If visitors have already visited, their names will appear in the dropdown menu. Add arrival and departure times as necessary.
  5. Visitor Timeline: The fourth page displays the timeline of visitor arrivals and departures.
  6. Visitor Reports: The final page provides reports, including a bar graph of visitors per day and a pie chart of visitor purposes.
