Once the super admin enables the Team Workload Add-On, company admins can proceed to purchase and gain access by following these steps:

  1. Go to the “Subscription Plan” page.
  2. Select the relevant “Usage Plan.”
  3. Purchase the Team Workload add-on.

How to Use the Team Workload Add-On

  1. After purchasing, find the Team Workload add-on in the sidebar.
  2. The add-on has two pages:
    • Overview Page:
      • Shows how many hours an employee can work.
      • Displays how many hours the employee worked each day.
      • Provides totals for capacity, estimated time, spent time, and available capacity.
      • Includes a report column with:
        • A pie chart showing total capacity, estimated time, and available capacity.
        • A bar graph of estimated hours for different employees.
    • Staff Shifting Page:
      • Shows the hours covered by employees each day.
      • Displays the total hours covered by employees per week.
