Add-on Purchase Steps

  1. Start by heading to the “subscription plan” page and select the relevant “usage plan.”
  2. Locate the SalesForce Add-On and complete the purchase process.

How to Use the SalesForce Add-On

  1. Once you purchase the add-on, find the SalesForce Module in the sidebar.
  2. The first page is for Accounts where you can view the list of accounts and details such as account name, website, and phone number. You can also create a new account by clicking the “+” button or edit existing accounts.
  3. The second page is for Contacts where you can view and add contacts.
  4. Similarly, you can add and view lists of Opportunities, Leads, Cases, and Tasks.
