Focal Suite Driving School Module
Introduction
The Focal Suite Driving School Module is a comprehensive solution tailored to meet the unique needs of driving schools, providing a centralized platform to streamline operations and enhance the student experience. With this module, you get powerful tools like online scheduling, student progress tracking, and automated billing, all accessible through an intuitive interface. Instructors can efficiently manage lesson plans and stay connected with students, while students can easily book sessions and access learning resources. By automating administrative tasks and improving the learning process, the Focal Suite Driving School Module helps driving schools operate seamlessly and deliver exceptional education.
Step 1: Admin Access
Once the super admin enables the module, company admins can purchase and access the Driving School Module.
- Admins can navigate to the Add-On Manager and purchase the Driving School Module.
- Once purchased, enable the module for access and usage.
Step 2: Using the Driving School Module
Once enabled, the Driving School Module will appear in the sidebar, offering access to its core pages:
- Students Page
- View and manage student information, including a complete list of students with their details.
- Add new students using the “+” button at the top.
- Vehicles Page
- Add, edit, or delete vehicles as needed.
- View the full list of vehicles along with essential details.
- Classes Page
- Create and manage class schedules, with an overview of all classes.
- Click on a class ID to view detailed information, including attendance.
- Lessons Page
- Access the complete list of driving lessons.
- Create new lessons and check attendance details by clicking on the lesson ID.
This structured setup allows seamless management of all aspects of your driving school, from student enrollment to lesson tracking, all within the Focal Suite Driving School Module.
