Customer & Vendor Statement

Log In:

  1. Open ERP Suite.
  2. Enter your login details.

Customer Statement

  1. Access Customer Module:
  2. Click on ‘Customer’ in the Dashboard.
  3. Select a Customer:
  4. Choose a customer by clicking on their ID.
  5. View Customer Statement:
  6. Click on ‘Statement’.
  7. Choose the start and end dates.
  8. Click ‘Apply’.

Vendor Statement

  1. Access Vendor Module:
  2. Click on ‘Vendor’ in the Dashboard.
  3. Select a Vendor:
  4. Choose a vendor by clicking on their ID.
  5. View Vendor Statement:
  6. Click on ‘Statement’.
  7. Pick the start and end dates.
  8. Click ‘Apply’.

ERP Suite: Streamlining Customer & Vendor Statements

Log In:

  1. Begin your journey with ERP Suite by opening the website.
  2. Provide your company login credentials to access the system.

Customer Statement

  1. Dashboard Overview:
  2. Once logged in, you’ll find yourself on the Dashboard Overview.
  3. Navigate to the left side of the screen and click on the ‘Customer’ module.
  4. Customer Statement Details:
  5. Within the ‘Customer’ module, select a specific customer by clicking on their unique ‘Customer ID’ (e.g., #CUST00001 for Abu).
  6. To view a detailed statement, click on the ‘Statement’ button located in the top right corner, alongside options like creating invoices or proposals.
  7. Customizing Customer Statement:
  8. To tailor the statement to your needs, use the drop-down options to select the start and end dates.
  9. Click ‘Apply’. The system will then generate a comprehensive statement on the right side of the screen.

Vendor Statement

  1. Access Vendor Module:
  2. Returning to the Dashboard, click on the ‘Vendor’ module situated on the left side of the screen.
  3. Vendor Statement Details:
  4. Similar to the customer statement, select a specific vendor by clicking on their ‘Vendor ID’ (e.g., #VEND00001 for Sarah).
  5. Access the ‘Statement’ button in the top right corner, adjacent to other options like creating bills or editing vendor details.
  6. Customizing Vendor Statement:
  7. For a customized view, once the ‘Statement’ button is clicked, use the drop-down options to select the start and end dates.
  8. Set your preferred dates and click ‘Apply’. The vendor statement will display all pertinent information on the right side of the screen.
