Contracts Management Guide: Company Profile / Owner

Getting Started

  1. Log In:
  2. Sign in to your Company/Owner Profile.
  3. Navigate to Contracts:
  4. Go to Contracts in the main navigation menu.

Contract Dashboard

View Elements Include:

  1. Value of Contracts:
  2. Total
  3. Current month
  4. Current week
  5. Past 30 days
  6. List of Customers:
  7. Customers the contracts are shared with.

List Details:

  1. ID
  2. Subject
  3. Customer Name
  4. Contract Type
  5. Contract Value
  6. Start & End Dates
  7. Status

Options for Each Contract:

  1. Duplicate
  2. View
  3. Edit
  4. Delete

Creating a Contract

  1. Initiate Creation:
  2. Click the green button in the upper-right corner of the contract dashboard.
  3. Edit Contract Options:
  4. Subject
  5. Customer
  6. Contract Type
  7. Contract Value
  8. Start & End Dates
  9. Description
  10. Status

Duplicating a Contract

  1. Duplicate Action:
  2. Click the “Duplicate” button in the action buttons list.
  3. Contract Duplication:
  4. A duplicate contract retains all details from the original.

View Mode

Divided into Four Sections:

  1. General:
  2. Basic contract details, attachments, comments, and notes.
  3. Attachment:
  4. Upload or attach files to the contract.
  5. Comments:
  6. User comments on the contract.
  7. Notes:
  8. Additional notes related to the contract.

Additional Action Buttons

In the top right-hand corner of the view mode, you have five additional action buttons:

  1. Send Email:
  2. Click to send the contract to the user assigned as the recipient.
  3. Duplicate:
  4. Duplicates the contract.
  5. Download:
  6. Download the contract as a PDF.
  7. Preview:
  8. Check the layout view of the contract you created.
  9. Accept/Decline:
  10. Click to update the contract status.

Note:

  1. Signature:
  2. For new contracts, add a signature.
  3. For existing open contracts, edit your signature.

Delete Contract

  1. Delete:
  2. Removes the contract from the system.
