Welcome to the Focal Suite Business Model Integration Module documentation. This guide details how to seamlessly incorporate diverse business models within Focal Suite, a leading SaaS platform renowned for its powerful data visualization and analytical features. Follow these steps to install and access the Focal Suite Business Model Integration Module:
Step 1: Admin Setup
Once the super admin enables the module, team members will have access to the Business Model Integration Module.
- The admin should log in to Focal Suite and navigate to the Add-On Manager.
- From the Add-On Manager, locate and purchase the Business Model Integration Module.
- Enable the module after purchase, making it accessible in the sidebar.
Step 2: Using the Business Model Integration Module
With the module enabled, you can now start using the Business Model Integration Module. Here’s how:
- Access the Planning Module
- Find the Planning section in the sidebar and select Business Models from the dropdown.
- View Existing Business Models
- On this page, you’ll see a list of business models previously created, along with their details.
- Create a New Business Model
- Click the “+” button at the top to start a new business model.
- Fill in the following details for your model:
- Name of your business model
- Challenge (select from dropdown options)
- Thumbnail Image and Video upload
- Status, Stage, and Visibility settings (you can also set visibility for specific users or roles)
- Description of your model
- Add Key Details
- Complete the model by adding:
- Key Partners
- Key Activities
- Value Propositions
- Customer Relationships
- Channels
- Customer Segments
- Cost Structure
- Revenue Streams
- Key Resources
- Complete the model by adding:
After entering these details, your business model will be successfully created and ready for use, providing a structured and efficient way to strategize and organize your business initiatives within Focal Suite.
