  1. Purchase the Add-On:
    • Go to the “Subscription Plan” page.

How to Use the Bookings Feature

Logging In and Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Log into your Focal Suite account.
  2. Click on the “Dashboard” button to access the booking dashboard.
  3. Here, you can view appointment details and manage bookings using the calendar.

Managing Appointments

  1. Scroll down on the dashboard to find the appointment section.
  2. Navigate to the manage appointments page to view various options.
  3. To add a new customer, click the plus button on the right.
  4. Fill in the customer details and click “Create” to save.
