How to Use the Bill of Material (BOM) Add-On

Once you have purchased the Bill of Material (BOM) add-on, follow these steps to integrate and use it within Focal Suite:

Access the Bill of Material (BOM) Management Module:

• Go to the sidebar and locate the Bill of Material (BOM) Management Module.

Collection Center:

• On the first page, you will see a list of collection centers where equipment can be collected.
• Add new collection centers by clicking the “+” button.

Raw Materials:

• The second page displays a list of raw materials with details like collection center, name, description, tax, quantity, price, unit, image, and status.
• Add new raw materials by clicking the “+” button and entering the required details.

Manufacturing:

• The third page shows a list of manufacturing activities with details such as product name, schedule date, status, total price, and actions like view and delete.
• Change the status of pending materials to completed as needed.

Packaging:

• The last page provides information on packaging with fields for product name, total price, status, and action.
• Update the status of pending materials to completed as necessary.
